Rose McKinley manages the human capital strategy at Marinus to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent across the organization.

Ms. McKinley’s group is dedicated to aligning practices and initiatives with the Company’s strategic and operational goals by ensuring a technically strong and talented “Team Marinus,” and focusing on creating and supporting a culture that is inclusive, innovative and collaborative. Ms. McKinley has been instrumental in the growth of the company beginning in 2017 with only 25 employees. Prior to joining Marinus, she was the founder and Sr. Partner with the consulting company, Ryan, McKinley & Associates, Inc., which focused on enabling clients to move from “start-up” to performing organizations, by supporting clients in HR, M&A, executive compensation, change management, diversity and inclusion.  She has presented at industry leadership meetings such as LifeSciences Pennsylvania, BioNJ, and BIOScience Exchange.

Ms. McKinley’s clients ranged from large (BMS, GE Healthcare, Merck, Marubeni, Skyler, TEVA) to small (Gyroscope, NuPathe, PolyMedix, PuriCore, Spark Therapeutics, SwanBio Therapeutics). Prior to RMA, she was the Vice President of HR for C&J Clark Americas; and held roles of increasing responsibility from HR division director at CSC (Health Services and Integrated Systems (DOD) Divisions); the Institute for Scientific Information and United Engineers. Ms. McKinley has degrees from Rowan University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and CBP (Certified Benefits Professional).
