Working with a team that champions positive change further solidified my passion for HR. The knowledge gained, the opportunities availed, and the meaningful connections formed have all contributed to shaping my future.

Christine, Human Resources Intern

The teams value their interns heavily and allow them to work on meaningful projects. By attending a Brand Strategy meeting in New York, I gained insights into the company’s approach to brand marketing and disease state awareness for a potential upcoming drug launch.

Emme, Commercial Intern

During my internship, I found Marinus’ close-knit and welcoming culture extremely appealing as it provided me with the opportunity to seek mentorship across various departments, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Zeel, Corporate Affairs Intern

My manager has taught me a lot since I have been here and has always been there when I needed him. He is an excellent mentor and an even better person. He played an integral role in ensuring my internship was both enjoyable and educational at the same time.

Nathaniel, Manufacturing / CMC Intern

I’m very proud to have been part of this project as I know it will be instrumental cross functionally as well as to advance the company overall. Few people my age and at my level can say they played such an integral role in building something so important for a company’s future interactions.

Elizabeth, Scientific Affairs Intern

Whether it be projects on regulatory strategy for international regulatory authorities, optimizing a regulatory information management system, or understanding regulatory advertising promotion, each provided ample insight into the world of regulatory.

Rahil, Regulatory Affairs Intern

Thanks to Marinus and the amazing experiences I had, I have found a passion for this career path and know that I will continue to want to make a difference and work for a company that leaves a positive impact on patients.

Calvin, Medical & Scientific Affairs Intern

I benefited greatly being able to collaborate on different assignments with members of multiple teams. I was invited to participate in meetings on active Marinus clinical trials and gain hands on experience.

Pooja, Clinical Development Intern

When researching Marinus, I was excited about the work that was being done developing potential treatments for seizure disorders. After learning of the Marinus mission, I knew that I wanted to be part of this organization and that if I had the opportunity to help Marinus, I would take it.

Dmitri, Information Technology Intern

I like that, despite being remote, I got a sense of the community and collaboration at Marinus. It spoke volumes that I could be in a meeting with the CEO every week. I learned so much about the pharmaceutical industry, and more specifically, how a company launches a product.

Nanxi, Business Development Intern

My favorite thing about Marinus is the mentorship. Everyone has been very patient with me and kindly explained concepts that must be as ubiquitous to them as breathing. I really cannot thank my manager enough as she has been such an excellent mentor.

Stanley, Regulatory Affairs Intern

Coming to Marinus with minimal HR experience, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up with projects and create valuable deliverables. However, the support from the HR team and other leaders enabled me to maintain full confidence that I can create a substantial impact with my work.
